The personal Taxi Cam is for your protection, and captures high quality LIVE video and audio recordings that you can remove quickly by SD card (16Gb supplied - can hold up to 32Gb). Plug into your cigarette lighter, or wire into vehicle electrics (i.e. Interior light power via a 5 volt DC regulator or optional adapter) and forget it.

 

The system records for approx 7 hours, then ’loops’ - deleting the oldest recording, and within seconds recording again automatically. The Taxi Cam sees in the dark with its Infra-Red lights and is optimised for use at night time. After an incident, remove the SD card, plug it into a SD adapter or socket on a computer, and review / copy the video and audio. You can also print still pictures. Battery life about 2.5 hours.
